We offer Free Shipping across India on orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹2,000 and above.
For orders below ₹2,000, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
All domestic shipments are processed through reliable courier partners. In the rare event of shipment loss or transit damage, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund subject to verification and approval.

Any free shipping offers displayed on the website apply only to domestic orders within India unless otherwise specified. International shipping charges are always additional and must be paid separately where applicable.

ORDER TRACKING

NON-AVAILABILITY AT DELIVERY
Our shipping partners generally attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment to us.
Customers are requested to provide:

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or return of the shipment.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
At present, Infinite Art Export does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Customers should retain all packaging materials and provide photographs and an unboxing video (where applicable) to facilitate claim processing.
