Bring timeless Indian heritage into your home with this Vintage Hand-Carved Wooden Charpai Leg Candle Stand, crafted from an authentic old teak wood charpai leg. Originally used as a structural element of a traditional Indian charpai, this old wooden architectural piece has been thoughtfully repurposed into a distinctive decorative candle stand.
The upper section features a combination of hand-carved and relatively simple surfaces. Some sides showcase beautiful traditional geometric and floral-inspired carving work, while other areas retain a more plain and natural appearance.
The lower and central portion is extensively decorated with traditional turned and hand-carved detailing. It features multiple rounded rings, layered circular profiles, fluted sections, scalloped/petal-inspired carving, geometric bands, and ornamental details running through almost the entire length of the stand.
The stand has a sturdy round wooden base that provides stability, while the top is fitted with a black metal candle plate.
