One of the most distinctive features of this piece is the different hand-carved detailing visible across its multiple sides. One side features “Shree Ram” carved into the wood, surrounded by traditional decorative detailing, while another side showcases a beautifully carved elephant motif. Additional leaf, foliage, curved, geometric and ornamental patterns continue across the wooden body, giving the piece a unique character from every angle.
The upper section features a prominent broad, rounded bowl-like form, decorated with multiple horizontal carved lines, grooves and traditional ornamental bands. An aged circular iron band wraps around the upper portion, adding a strong rustic contrast to the warm tones of the old wood.
The top section is fitted with a round aged iron plate with a central pin, providing a suitable surface for styling a pillar candle or other decorative object. It can also be styled with a separate plant pot, flower vase, small statue, brass idol, sculpture or decorative object.
